JobsFindYou ("the Service") is a job-discovery and application-tracking tool operated by Compass Claw ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The Service

We aggregate publicly available job listings from company career pages and public job boards, score them against the profile you provide, and help you draft application materials. Listings are provided as-is; we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any listing is current. We are not the employer and are not involved in hiring decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Free trial & billing

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription ($29/mo). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service's data, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. Application materials generated by AI are drafts — review them before you submit anything.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
