This policy explains what JobsFindYou ("the Service"), operated by Compass Claw, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and display name.
• Profile data: the professional summary, skills, and work history you enter to tailor your materials.
• Activity data: the jobs you save and the application statuses you set.
• Technical data: session identifiers, IP address, and browser type, used to keep you logged in and secure the Service.

How we use it

To operate your board, score roles, generate application materials, process your subscription, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

When you generate a cover letter or resume, the job details and your profile are sent to third-party AI providers to produce the draft. We do not send your password or payment details to those providers.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and application history.
